TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Composition:
Butyl, macromolecule adhesive, desiccant, aluminum foil, moisture spacer and many other materials. A corrugated aluminum strip is incorporated in the extrusion to act as an integral spacer. Composed by high technology and unique techniques.
Main features:
1. The height of aluminum strip is about 4.2~4.6mm (others in China is about 1.5~1.8mm.)This high radian aluminum strip will make the spacer much more durable and strong.
2. Big contents of desiccant increase the ability of absorbing moisture.
3. The bond is composed by 100% polymer material, which makes itself an ultra high adhesive power. It obviously reduces the failure rate of Insulating Glass.
4. It performs a good ability after high UV test, high temperature and moisture test; accelerated weather cycle test and the wiggle test. You can use it in any kinds of weather.
5. High-powered structure can make the spacer more flexible and easy to be constructed
